Once completed, the North New Albany District ("NoNA District") will include over 30 acres of master planned property tailored to meet the vision of the recently adopted Engage New Albany 2030 strategic plan.
This innovative mixed-use community will feature market rate multifamily housing, attached and detached single family residences, and a high-end assisted living facility. In the heart of this newly created district will be a thematic community hub consisting of a live concert venue, restaurant and entertainment space, and carefully cultivated retail all anchored by a newly created 8.5 acre park and trail system celebrating the Sugar Run Creek Riparian Corridor and vegetation native to Central Ohio.
This proposed desirable neighborhood will be a great addition to what Business Insider called “The best suburb in America.”
